Project scope: Berlin-wide with up to 22 branches
Role: Interim management and area management

    • Employee management and staff training
    • Digital transformation and planning the visualization of the KPIs
    • Evaluation of KPIs and corresponding adjustments in the process flow
    • Personnel planning and conducting interviews and employee feedback
    • Monitoring budget and profitability
    • Planning the design, construction and equipment of new branches in collaboration with the renovation and craft team
    • Opening and closing management of branches

Introduction of a digital asset management system for the State Office for Monument Preservation in Baden-Württemberg, Germany



Project scope: An application for all employees of the office throughout Baden-Württemberg
Role: Project management

    • Collecting requirements from users
    • Planning the software structure and functions
    • cross-departmental revision and standardization of the thesaurus structure
    • Design of a workflow for the automatic integration of digital assets into the database
    • Rollout of the software and extension integration
    • IT Service provider management and communication
    • Coordination and guidance of employees and training of staff
    • Coordination with stakeholders such as department heads and all offices

Creation of digital twins and configurators of vehicle model series on behalf of one of the largest automobile manufacturers in Germany




Project scope: Up to 20 employees in production and 5 people at service providers
Role: Project management and product management

    • Project manager for the configurator implementation and product owner of three commercial vehicle series
    • Documentation of the vehicle logic and management in the development of in-house software
    • Coordination of service providers and the expert team from postproduction, 3D data preparation, 3D visualization and programming of up to 20 people
    • Delivery and update management, as well as database maintenance
    • Deadline compliance, personnel planning, budget monitoring, quality assurance and customer presentation

Project languages: German, English

Result: Support as project and product manager for the complete creation and launch of an online vehicle configurator for a new series of the automobile manufacturer within the specified budget and schedule. Also the support of the conversion of an online configurator to the new system and timely updates of existing vehicles in the online configurator.
